Q: How does Business Choice work?
A: Through Business Choice, small- to mid-size businesses will be given a Business Choice website that can be customized for their company. Your company's Travel Manager will have access to a number of online tools to make managing hotel reservations more efficient. Travel Managers can determine whether their travelers can access any InterContinental Hotels Group hotel or limit them to only the preferred hotels with which the company has a negotiated rate. Among many of the other travel management tools, the Travel Manager can also invite travelers to use Business Choice for secure, online hotel reservations, manage travelers' profiles, post important messages, and display travel policies to ensure their travelers are consistently informed of their company's current travel guidelines and procedures.
